I have read the Steam Subscriber Agreement and it doesn't say anything about being charged more than your state and local tax, which like I said before, where I live it is only 6%. I noticed this on June 2nd that Steam started charging 8% sales tax on purchases because I have a purchase made on May 30th where I was charged 6% on the purchase.
